I have had my Fitbit blaze for at least a year. My battery does not hold a charge for what is told that it does. What do I do for this ? Will Fitbit replace my blaze or replace and fix my battery?? Please let me know !

Thanks !

I admire you commitment. Thank you for your input. I am sure once this battery goes out I will be going back to a normal Timex watchthat keeps on ticking. I can track my information in another way when that time comes.

I’m like a dog with a bone and to be honest I don’t even use the blaze but my son purchased it for himself and 1 thing I really hate is a company ripping my kids off he has since bought a Samsung

and would never in a million years buy another Fitbit if people keep complaining we get something done

The problem in my opinion is it’s not the battery I changed my battery when the blaze would not last more than 2 hours so I ordered a new battery from Germany soldered the new battery in and low and behold did not make any difference at all left it plugged into my laptop all night and with everything switched off and still only lasted 2 hours

most people have had battery drain after a software update on there blaze

but all you get from Fitbit is your not charging it correctly

there new system for charging is

you need to have the shower running leave the bedroom door half open and the windows must be closed or whatever piece of **ahem** they come up with do they really think people are stupid when you have been charging your device for 2 years with no problem at all but as soon as the warranty runs out and your tracker is knackered all this time your not charging it correctly

change the record Fitbit and get a set of balls and do something

My battery won't hold a charge for long either, especially when I'm active/exercising.

Welcome to the Community forums @bvashus, could you please confirm for how many days is your battery lasting? Have you also tried all the suggestions listed in this article

Talked with Fitbit support and no hopes for me they have me discount but they don’t sell gunmetal blaze anymore

The gun metal ones are cool, I bought one for my brother some time back for his birthday. I wonder if that discount is honored at some approved retail vendors /outlets or online stores that are still selling these. Sort of like a coupon. I'd look into that. Smiley Happy

After about a year the battery quit working.

It’s a terrible Fitbit design to make such expensive watches that aren’t even serviceable, I mean a $10 Walmart watch can have batteries replaced why not my $200 Fitbit??

Maybe a moderator can lead me to more help.

I'm having the same issue. My Blaze battery does not last more than 36 hours.  I'll charge it completely then get the low battery warning 36 hours later.  I thought these batteries are supposed to last for up to 4-5 days.
