Blaze battery drain

Good evening, I want to share my experience with Blaze.

 

I was very happy with the product until recently after 2 years and 1 month (as soon as the warranty expired) the battery had big problems of durability. The assistance offered me a 25% discount on the purchase of a new smartwatch. Unfortunately, in spite of myself, I will not buy a Fitbit product because I no longer consider Fitbit a reliable product.

 

I hope this my experience can be useful.

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing with your Blaze. A 25% discount for a next purchase seems good to me, if you want to take advantage of that offer, I recommend taking a look at this page, where you will be able to compare all Fitbit trackers. Maybe you see one that meet you needs.

The discount of 25% of a new purchase is not good for me.
I choosed Blaze also because guaranteed by the brand Fitbit but it seems
that I have misplaced my trust.
If after two years the product does not work anymore I think that it's time
to change brand.
I think that Garmin could be a good solution for me. I ascertained that it
work more than two year and they can replace the battery if necessary.
