Battery will say fully charged on charger, then Blaze face & app says battery is very low... won’t stay charged!

I’ve already gone through these steps! The battery is not lasting & shows full on charger & battery very low when off charger!

Unfortunately this seems to be a common problem.  My Blaze is less than 2 yr old...it used to hold charge for 3-5 days.  a month or so ago it began to decline in battery life to a couple days...last week it started barely making it through a day and now won't make it more than a few hours.  When i charge it, the battery image while in the cradle shows green fully charged.

Within hours it is blinking red.

i called fitbit customer service and they basically just said it is out of warranty so they offered me a 25% discount on an ionic---that would now cost $225!  What terrible customer service.

i have really loved this tracker while it worked, but the online community 'solution' is to turn off all of the features that made me want to use it!!!  Moving on to a better company and better product--so dissapointed!!!!

My Blaze is 6 months old, I clean the back of the watch on a regular basis. The watch shows full after 2 hours on charge, but is now not lasting even 7 or 8 hours. What can I do please

What are you going to switch to?? I haven’t called FitBit yet- I’m hoping it goes well- I have loved my FitBits but this is getting ridiculous!

I cleaned mine religiously when I sweat all over it and thankfully I guess it didn't start crapping out until 1 1/2 years of using it.

Call fit bit support...ur blaze is still under warranty!

Hopefully they stand behind it, cause they more or less just offered me a discount on purchasing another one...

Not gonna happen.  It was a gift that I have enjoyed, but a non-waterproof exercise tracker is kind of an oxymoron...like jumbo shrimp.....

Even the old Timex Ultramans I wore for years were waterproof!!

Just been on with Fitbit customer services and they are sending me a new Fitbit under warranty. It’s amazing what data is sent to Fitbit when you sync
