Blaze battery drain

So, I charge my battery to full then it’s dead by 9pm.  Not even on a gym day.

I am sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't holding a charge. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already created a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.

when I contacted customer support about this same issue, I was told that there is an issue with this when syncing the Blaze with a Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ (I've got the S8+) and that Fitbit engineers were working on the issue... it's been a few weeks now and I'm extremely frustrated still. I've been considering an upgrade to the Versa, but am curious if it has the same issue... if so I'll go with a different company.  I've been loyal to Fitbit since I got my first Charge HR several years ago, but this is ridiculous.
