Hi.

My Blaze has died. A full charge was down to lasting 1 hour or less. I
set it to charge this afternoon and it won't turn back on. It was
purchased on Amazon less than a year ago (a Christmas present last year).
What are my options for warranty support? Thank you!

Im having the same problem with my Blaze not staying charged for more than 1 hr. I tried all the suggestions on the forum still having the same problem. Is there any way to get a replacement battery or watch replacement? I really liked the watch before the problems started to happen. Thank you for any help

Using the Blaze since April and satisfied so far. But over the past couple of days, after a few days of non-use as I was travelling without the charger, the battery is draining to Zero within 3-4 hours of a full charge. I only use fitness tracking full time,  and no music / phone/ text sync at all. Pls help resolve..thanks

Ditto  My Blaze battery is only lasting 1 day.  Have tried steps but this shouldn't be happening if it was designed properly.

It will die in a week. If your device is in warranty. Please contact support immediately.

It should not be a 25% discount on another model, it should be a complete replacement.

My Blaze stopped working and Fitbit offered me a 25% discount on a new one.  Thanks but no thanks.
No wonder the Blaze was discontinued.  Should have gone Apple.

Maybe they should do a recall on all Blaze watches. Fix them rather then offer a mere 25% discount.  I don't think the Apple watch is having battery problems like Fitbit.  I've had 6 Fitbit now and issues with them all..  Stand behind your product and fix the mistakes.

Amen!!! After all they no longer offer the Blaze and it’s a joke to offend with that measly offer. Apparently they knew of the issue or they’d still be available to purchase.

NOT true.  You can replace the battery with a little bit of electronic repair knowledge, and resource availability knowledge.  You'll void any warranties of course, but then it's already out of warranty anyway, so go for it.  ifixit.com has the batteries for roughly 20 bucks.  they sell the tool kits if you need them as well.

Fitbit support sent me a brand-new IONIC in replacement last week, free of cost, since my Blaze was still under warranty. And the support process was prompt and timely. I hope the Ionic doesn't have the same or other issues...!!! Further, I trust the warranty for the IONIC runs for 1 year from delivery now and not just for the balance duration of the BLAZE's.. any ideas ? Tks

That’s amazing! I have the Blaze too, that stopped working 8 mos after I got it. I only could get a straight-up replacement for that, or some money off a different model

My blaze Fitbit is not staying charged.  Plus it’s not syncing.  Is my blaze still under warranty?

Their warranty is 1 year.  After that they want you to buy a newer model.

I believe the warranty is 2 years in Europe.
