Hi everybody! I don't usually uses blaze while I work. I put it on the table. After about four hours, the blaze turned to 60% batteries from 100%. Any power-down mode can I use in the blaze?

If you are just going to use a boilerplate response, why not put some thought into it or at least try a direct answer. I can live with an honest: “We just hoped you would just upgrade every year so you wouldn’t notice...” It’s not nice but it would be refreshingly earnest.

Google just bought the company; I'm sure it's not for the app software (which kinda works sometimes) nor the firmware (which kinda works sometimes), nor the customer loyalty (which they've pretty thoroughly blown in some product lines). I expect it's for the hardware fabrication in low cost foreign regions. FWIW, I have no complaints about the blaze from a hardware point of view; I think the premature battery death issue is due to firmware charging the battery at an excessive rate, in the interest of user convenience.
I'd not expect new management to be inserted any time soon, nor any improvement of customer service toward old product lines. Maybe toward the newer, current lines, but I'd not hold my breath on that one.
I expect this sale has made the original owners very wealthy. Goes to show that in the real world, bad behavior often is rewarded. Oh well.

My battery will not last the day, it only lasts a few hours so I can’t use it anymore. Can battery be replaced? So unhappy!

The company refuses to do it for you, but you can do it yourself or have it done. It's not difficult. Search my previous posts; I get tired of giving the same answer repeatedly to the same question from people who do not search the thread.

I have tried EVERYTHING suggested and my blaze battery lasts less than an hour. It is almost 2 years old. I plug it in, and it says FULLY CHARGED in a couple of minutes which doesn't seem right. I leave it charging for a few hours, then as soon as I put it on it says it's dead.
I am assuming I now need a new fitbit?????

Help. My problem is not the charging. That works fine. My battery has suddenly started draining really quickly and doesn't even last a working day now. It seems to be something to do with the music control. I never use it but it is constantly playing silently. How do I switch it off please?
