Hi everybody! I don't usually uses blaze while I work. I put it on the table. After about four hours, the blaze turned to 60% batteries from 100%. Any power-down mode can I use in the blaze?

I have gone away from fitbit and moved on to another product. Good luck, wish I could help more.

Check your warranty.
By the time I got around to contacting fitbit customer service (who were very helpful by the way) I was about 6 weeks past my warranty.
If I had been within warranty then I believe that they would have sent me a replacement.
Contact them AS SOON as you see an issue - if you are following all battery saving guidance.

I and many other ex-Fitbit owners have given up. There's no solution and the company will only give customers discounts to less popular models that will eventually have the same problems.

I have decided to move on to another proiduct and thus far I am pleased with my decision. Before doing so I spoke with a number of people who currently have this product and they all raved about it. There was an additional cost but it was not overwhelming and worth the price to get away from a company who in my opinion puts out an inferior product.
Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

@Fitbit- I'm saddened by the support you offer dedicated @Fitbit enthusiasts and early adopters.
I received my first as a birthday present years back, it failed outside the warranty. At the time @Fitbit offered a discount on a replacement pebble (this is the watch part) and I accepted.
Again my Blaze has failed, just 13 months after it was last replaced and the battery is 100% dead/done. I can't charge it anymore, it is overheating and requires disconnecting to cool down. So now I have an expensive bracelet it seems... These devices are really not made for 'active users' who wear them daily and use every function of the watch.
25% off retail isn't good enough if I have to battle to get the reduction and need to replace the watch annually. Disposable devices are not a viable solution to me. I am planning to move away from @Fitbit wearables and select a company that has a stronger support model and one that looks out for their valued customers.

former) customers. Nothing from FitBit except deafening silence. I too am
looking at other products as well since FitBit doesn’t care about repeat
business.

Google. The entire business may change, as a result. It probably needs to.
That may not help those dealing with issues with current generation of
trackers, myself included. (Thankfully, since resetting and changing the
settings on my Blaze, it has been working MUCH better).

well, when my Blaze dies. It will be a bummer because the Blaze does
everything I need it to and is all I need. But I will adjust.

I came onto this thread hoping to find an answer to my Blaze battery life having declined to about 48 hours. Instead, I see complete indifference from FitBit. I loved the device up until now, but will be looking to replace it with something else as I'm not happy to buy a new one every couple of years.

I am not with FB, but I have had three of them, including my current Blaze.
I discovered that one of the firmware updates had changed me settings. When
I changed the heart monitor function from "on" to "auto," my battery life
went from 1-2 days, back to 4-5. You may want to check to see if that
happened with yours. My Blaze is going on 3 years old.

None of the recommendations work for the recharging of this battery, it doesn't even last two hours.
Please provide support and a contact for a resolution.

When google bought fitbit, things changed.
Before the sale, fitbit did nothing for blaze owners, but they had a robotic customer service person repeatedly spamming this forum with happy/chirpy assurances backed by no action.
Since the sale, the chirpy CS person is gone, support for blaze owners is otherwise unchanged ie nonexistent.
A common opinion is that google bought fitbit only to obtain your daily medical/exercise data, presumably to be provided to other parties you and I never authorized.
For my part, I'll keep changing the battery in my blaze until I get tired of it. But I don't plan to ever spend another penny on fitbit product. I'm hoping something open source appears, capable of the basic functions: keep time and display pulse. Shouldn't be all that long before someone does it.
