I know there are a lot of people having this issue after changing to a new phone but I've not changed to a new phone, it's been paired to the same phone since new.

My battery is that poor my Blaze needs charging at least once a day, I've disabled all notifications and I have to have the display set to dim otherwise the battery drains even quicker.

Can anybody help please???????

It's great to see you here @Chriswhite75 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Did you charge your tracker? After these steps, test the device and let me know if the battery stills draining.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I have this same issue, have done all the suggestions, have not changed phones.  The blaze is also not picking up a heart rate.

OK, since my last post I've drained the Blaze battery till flat then charged to full then deleted it from my account and returned it to factory settings before repairing it to my phone, this seems to have improved the battery life from 24hrs to around 48hrs at the moment but only using it day to day as a watch but I still have to test properly as a fitness tracker.

I'll see how I get on and let you know.
