Blaze battery draining

Hey guys!

My blaze started to drain battery real quick since Sunday. Before that it held charge for 3-5 days, now it drains within 20 hours, and I've charged it 4 times since Sunday :(((

Any idea? was there a software update or anything?

Since its happening to too many of us, please add the following:

- When did this start occuring to you? (I had a look at heart rate, to see when it was on charger)

- What phone OS Version do you use? (Like Android 7.1.1.)

- When did you buy it?

- Blaze firmware version (Like 17.8.402.1)

Same exact thing with mine!  Ever since the update my battery doesn't last at all.  Cleaned contacts,  charged it up. Everything else is fine except battery. It is def something to do with the update and fitbit needs to fix it!

I see I am a little late to the party but this just started happening to me. I have had it for 17 months. This is my second Fitbit device. It saddens me to say good bye to this product and brand. It has been so helpful in motivating me to lose weight. Going to check out an Apple Watch I guess.

Thanks for the response ! Fitbit got back with the sales pitch and gave me
a discount on the new Fitbit. I didn't buy one and never going to buy
another Fitbit or any other device. Fitbit didn't really motivate me and I
still lost about 13lbs after getting rid of it. I felt I'm relying too
much on these devices so it motivated me in a different way.
