Blaze battery draining

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit Blaze and it is in warranty. But I’m having a issue with the battery. After charging for 2 hour or when fully charge, it drains down within 1 and half day without keeping the heart rate signal on. When I purchased it it would go around 3 days with heart rate sensor on.

Hi @Firefly1611

A restart might help you. Have you tried that first?

Hold in the lower right button and the left button at the same time until the Fitbit logo is shown. Release the buttons and it restarts.

If this doesn't help, then get with customer support about this - click for contact options

Firefly - I have the exact same issues as you. Battery life only lasts a day and a half at best. I've been in touch with the support team and they told me to turn off most off the features I bought the watch for. Not impressed, won't buy another Fitbit product and have already advised friends against buying one. Disappointing product.

I totally agree, I was having the same battery issue with my charge. This is my 4th fitbit and the battery does not hold. It was my second charge and I just got off the phone with customer service telling me that "yes the product should not be doing this, the battery is defective but sorry it is out of your warranty (ON YOUR 2ND CHARGE WE HAD TO SEND YOU FOR THIS ISSUE) but here is a 25% discount to buy another.....ummm NO THANK YOU. And to think I ALMOST bought my kids one too. I am glad I didn't since these products do not hold up and then all that is done to rectify the situation is a small discount for an expensive device. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE PRODUCTS FROM HERE AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOES THE SAME. I will not be recommending Fitbit to anyone. Come on Fitbit, you have to do better and PLEASE work on the quality of your product. All these issues should not be happening ESPECIALLY multiple timesSmiley Mad

Thanks for the update @rbrysam and @Jimsbusa.

I am sorry to hear that you've decided to stop wearing Fitbit products. I definitely respect your decision and if in the future I can be of any help, don't hesitate to let me know.

Now if you are interested in using the discount, in this page you will be able to compare all of our products, maybe there's one that meet your needs.

Keep the stepping up! Woman Happy

Look like fitbit know what the problem is and only want you to buy another product from them. They have now stopped making blaze could be all the problems with battery. I will be looking for a new watch which is not fitbit!

They can't even admit they have a problem, bless them

Has anyone got recommendation for a new watch
