Blaze battery dying constantly

Have had my Blaze for about 3months and was needing charge roughly every 4/5 days but over the last two weeks it's lasted from 1 to 2 days to the point now it dies after about 10 hours - I haven't changed anything with how I use it so I'm now lost as to what to try as resetting hasn't worked?

@AmeliaRose usually a store only allows a certain period of time to return a product. I know Costco allows a longer time. It's just faster when able to get it back where it was purchased.

Great news from your contact with support. When it arrives, set it up as a replacement to an existing account.

Thanks will try that, wanted to check if anyone else had experienced this so I could trying solve it quicker. I'd never had problems with my flex charging, part of me wonders if it might be the dock having any sort of negative impact?

I'm also wondering whether going back to the store where it was purchased to see if a replacement can be provided would be an easier/quicker solution?

Update for anyone that has a similar issue, I contacted support as recommended and they advised battery appeared defective as was only reaching a 2 day usage between charges. A replacement unit is being sent so here's hoping it's all sorted!

I am having very bad skin irritations problems, i am wearing it properly, i have tried a lot of the solutions in your forum, nothing is working. the irritation goes from the wrist to my hand. I tried also not wearing it for about 4 months but back to the same problems and a new one. Now I am required to charge the battery daily.  I got no resolution before when I reported the irritation problems, but now a new problem. I am not sure if the Blaze is a bad product or the company has no concerns regarding the issues. Please assist.

I am having the same issue. After 2 months of ownership my battery life went from lasting 4-5 days under heavy usage to only 2 days with light usage. I called tech support and they tried telling me that my use of a USB wall outlet was causing the issue. They told me that all USB wall outlets are non UL approved. I had to laugh since I am a manufacturers rep agent for LeGrand Pass & Seymour. Not one of our devices are non UL approved.

Besides that, my wife charges her Fitbit on the same USB outlet and has no issues at all with battery life.

I am having this same issue! My battery would last about 4 days and now it drains within 20 hours, very frustrating. I've tried all of the tips and nothing helps. The strange thing is I also have a charge HR (I trade off once in a while), and that one is doing the same thing! Maybe it's a problem with the new update?? Please fix Fitbit!

I had problems with my Fitbit Blaze holding a charge and I contacted them and they sent me a replacement pebble awhile ago. I just charged it like night before last and today it is almost dead. I guess I will have to contact them again. 🙁

I am having problems holding a charge. My battery lasts from 4 to 6 hours. I have had my Blaze about 5 months and I haven't changed anything on the settings. This started yesterday.  I wonder what's going on??

How are you charging it? That is what Fitbit asked me last night. Do you play with it a lot?
