Hi, @littlesally, if you are sure you are charging it fully and it is dying in less than 12 hours you should probably get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com.  They can look a little more deeply into this and determine whether your battery has failed prematurely.

It's great to see you around @littlesally and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.

If your tracker is not holding a charge, I recommend following the steps provided in this post. If these instructions don't work, then feel free to follow our friend's @Julia_G recommendation.

Just a suggestion, because I might have inadvertently solved the same problem. My FitBit Blaze started dying within 12 hours over the weekend, so I came here searching for something to do.

I was about to contact customer support when I realized that a week ago, I replaced my iPhone. The FitBit app remained the same (synced over from iCloud, but had never been paired with the Bluetooth. My battery drained as the FitBit was attempting to pair to the new phone, before I'd fixed the settings on the new phone.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but give it a shot!

I am SO frustrated w FitBit! In the last ur they have gone from hero to ZERO in customer service. I’ll fast forward to the latest - AND greatest- faux paux of theirs... so even tho ALL their devices die on me. I have had 5 in 3 yrs... the last one died after 17 mos or so so they gave me the usually ‘discount’ on another device... GET THIS- I received TWO separate packages w NO Fitbit. I ordered one- waited seven days- no device in it. Called and got a replacement- which they did FedEx- got it 2 days later- NO Fitbit. They obviously r having QC issues n there Indiana facility. So I called and pitched a fit, thinking they’d do ‘something ‘ extra for my problems- NOTHING!! We’ll be glad to refund ur money- please wait 7-10 for it to come to u!!🤯🤬 needless to say I’m looking at other trackers!!
