The iPhone app had a battery with a slash through it and wouldn’t update. When I plugged in the Fitbit the battery indicated 40-50%. I checked and the app updated-synced.  I also have the prolonged vibration when receiving a incoming call. I think your app needs a better interface. I had a basis for years till it was discontinued. I believe it was superior. I have been using the Fitbit blaze for many years.

Your app does not look at the tracker for the battery level, but gets it off of the server. The server is updated with a sync.
