A week after I had bought my Fitbit blaze, I noticed that everytime I charged it there was this fluid/substance that was being left behind. It was not sweat or water, the product was always taken care of. So as anyone who has a problem with their watch I get back to fitbit support. They provided me a shipping label to ship my watch back to them. Once they received my watch, an order was placed for what I sent in, which was the watch and the charger. Fitbit support put my order in expedited and it now arrives in 2 days. All thanks to their great customer service. Lesson for everyone, if you have a problem with your watch, contact Fitbit. Their customer support is amazing.
