Blaze battery life not lasting

I have used my blaze Fitbit for 1.5 year. The battery usually can hold at least 5 days . Since last month it just only hold couple hours and asking charge. Are there something wrong with my Fitbit ? And what I need to do to have it hold up to the 5 days stated?
