Just wondering, I have had my Blaze for around 3 years, it will not hold a charge for more than a day anymore. I charge it every night and by 8 it’s dead. Is this normal? Does this mean I need a new one?

Hey @Klrodgers welcome to our Community! Let me assist you with your charging concern.
Our Fitbit Blaze was designed to last 5 days, but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use it’s features. I’ll recommend charging your device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall, then turn OFF all the features that you don’t use and check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Also, I recommend you to try restarting your device to refresh it’s performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

My Blaze is only 18 months old, and just recently went from several days of battery, to barely 1 day now. I've restarted it, reduced all features, no email notification, etc....and by mid-afternoon, a low-battery notification. Is there a fix/remedy for this?

I cannot see the face on my Fitbit. Yet I can see all my steps on my phone. I think that they are faulty, and something should be done. They might have to be recalled. Not everyone has this problem. From 4 days of charging, now to everyday, then to losing the brightness, now I cannot see anything. Please help!!!!

Dear Ricardo
Yes, tried all of those, I do need the heart rate monitoring, but everything else has been turned off. It's now down to 8 hrs of battery and appears that I may not be able use it at all if not resolved

Hi
I emailed support and tried all the ideas suggested and for one charge it held for about 3 days but now it is back to draining after a day of use... It refuses to sync so no tracking information showed for several days.
This is my watch, not just a tracker and it is useless if it keeps needing a charge every 24 hours.. Mi can't read replies to other posts to find a solution as it won't show replies either. This is turning into a costly piece of junk and I am really unhappy with it

I have tried everything that has been suggested, and now only having a charge for about and hour, what is next?

Hi. I’ve also been having issues of recent, with my blaze not holding charge. It was holding charge for 4-5 days when I first got it in 2016, then over the last few month, it’s only been holding charge for 2 days, now one. I put it on charge last night, put it on my wrist at about 5:30 am, and by 11:30, was flashing at me to charge it again... I’ve tried all sorts to try & fix it... cleaning the blaze, cleaning the cradle, turning it off & on again... at my wits end... it’s not just a fitness tracker for me, it’s my watch too... I’m am on my feet all day & the other day, it lost charge before I even got to work...

I am having the same exact issue!! I have always loved my blaze, it is about a year old and I have always bragged about its battery life. Although, out of the blue it wont stay charged for more than about five-eight hours. And when I place it on the charger after it dies it says it has full battery after about ten minutes. I have tried all the above steps, what else can I try?!
