Blaze battery low, then completely dies... charged and hasn't come back on

battery was low, connected to charger. Guess I didn't get it all the way on and it completely died. Have been charging for 7 hours now on my lap top and can't tell if any charge has taken. This happened when I first got it. It was dead out of the box. Charged overnight and it eventually came on. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how long did it take to charge?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
