Blaze battery - not keeping its charge

My Blaze battery is not keeping its charge.....used to last up to 5 days.  Now doesn't even last 24 hours.  I have had for just over a year.  Does anyone know if I can purchase a new battery or have any other solutions.  I have turned off notifications etc and it still doesn't hold battery life.
