Blaze battery not lasting and not recording heart rate

I've been wearing Fitbit products for several years and have given them out as gifts to friends and family for birthdays and Christmas. When the Blaze first came out, I made the plunge to spend more $$$ thinking that the product would last. Was I wrong! It didn't even last 18 months. When a company touts about how good their product is they should mean it. The battery no long lasts for more than a day and when it is on and can't find my HR.

I contacted the customer support and because it's past the one year warranty they gave me the option of 25% discount for another Fitbit.  Why would I spend money on something with low quality. Super disappointed. They have lost a long-time customer. If you want to save your money and disappoint, don't purchase the Blaze.

It's great to welcome you @Ivelisse32. Regarding to your Blaze issues, you can take a look at this post to make your tracker's battery last more time and also this one to see some things that might be affecting the heart rate reading and some tips to improve it.

If these steps don't resolve your issues, keep in mind that you can use that 25% discount to purchase any of our other trackers. Take a look at this page, where you can compare them all and select the one you like the most.

See you around. Woman Wink
