Blaze battery short life

I got my Blaze a week ago. And somewhere I read that the battery will last for 5 days. Mine only last like two and a half days before I need to charge the battery again. Am I doing anything wrong? Thank you.

Hi there @LuciaM. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with the battery on your Blaze not lasting as it should.

The battery on your Blaze should last for at least about 5 days with a regular usage. In the case you set all 8 alarms and for example, receive a lot of notifications during the day and check your tracker a lot or play with it a lot, this could decrease the battery level. If that's not the case, I can recommend the following:

Put your Blaze to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.

Anything else, I'm here to help!

Hi there @FerdinandFitbit

Thank you. Smiley Happy

I will do that as soon as I need to charge it. But just a question, where do I check the app logs for the battery? Sorry, still learning about my blaze.   🙂
