My Blaze is only about 1 year old and the battery life has continued to become shorter and shorter. It used to last almost a week and now it doesn't even last 1 day! Can you get a new battery? Any suggestions? I only sync it 1-2 times a day and I don't have it set to come on when I lift my arm - trying to save the battery.

Same. I have had my Fitbit for a little over a year now, initially it could go 3-5 days between charges; suddenly within the last few weeks it has been unable to hold a charge for even 24 hours.
I have turned off all the unnecessary/unused bells and whistles, reset it, cleaned it - everything support suggests.. the battery life is just horrible. I use my Fitbit to track fitness and heart rate during the day, sleep at night, and as a silent alarm in the AM. These are all features that lead to me buying this particular device, the recommendation to turn off these features and turn off the device at night is ludicrous. If I can't use it for what I bought it for, what is the point of having it? It really sucks because I do love this device and have recommended it to many friends.
My guess is its the battery itself. You shouldn't see this kind of drain unless you consistently overcharge your device (similar to cellphones). Fitbit should do the right thing and issue a recall and offer exchanges since it seems to be an extremely prevalent problem with the device and not user error for all of the people who have complained of the same thing for 2+ years.
Don't offer us a 25% discount on another device when the device is faulty, why would I pay for it again to have it do the same thing down the road? Fix the issue.

I too have a Fitbit blaze it’s nearly a year old I bought it as a replacement for my Fitbit charge HR as the wrist bad was cracking. I just bought a new strap for my Blaze and as of this weekend the battery now only lasts less than 24h very sudden as until now it’s been 5 days. Now I work for a retailer selling Fitbit and have recommended and sold lots even recommended to my colleagues. So now here lies my problem if when it’s nearly a year old it can’t even do half it’s charge time what’s the point. You need to take drastic action to resolve your battery issues. May be looking at a public recall as it’s not fit for customer expectations.

My Blaze will be 1 yr old Thanksgiving 2018. I've noticed that my battery life is slowly getting worse with time. I only charge it when it is dead or if I'm traveling for a 2-3 day period and want to make sure it does not die on me. I do use the notification feature as I'm hard of hearing and will miss calls if I don't.
I do hope you come up with an alternative solution besides turning off features.
Cheers

My blaze is almost two years old. Worked great until recently. Now cannot hold a charge for 12 hours. Obviously a manufacturing problem and should be recalled and fixed by fitbit.

I’ve had my Blaze for almost a month......My battery won’t even last 8 hours with any features turned on. It’s ridiculous. Worked 1 week perfectly. Started noticing my silent alarms were not working because when I woke the battery was completely drained. My wife and I have purchased 6 fitbits in total and this one has been really disappointing. The flex still works great after 3 years. The Blaze model has battery issues it’s obvious. They should make this right.

Even more dissapointing it can’t even last the morning now. From 7am - 9am and battery was already dead. I wouldn’t mind so much if I could use my phot to track but I’m not alowed it on me at work.

Good to see you all in the Forums! 🙂
@Kjglock, I've seen that our Support Team has already helped you out with this. If you need anything else, I'm always around!
Now, I'd like to let you guys know that for those who are already out of warranty, most likely, our team will offer a discount on the purchase of a new tracker. If you've not contacted the Support Team and you're aware that you're out of warranty but would like to take advantage of the discount, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to help you out.
For those who have already been offered a discount, I'm sorry if this is not what you expected but it's currently part of the warranty policy and our Support Team needs to abide by it.
For those who are still under warranty and are having problems with this, let me know so that I can escalate your case to our Team for them to help getting you back on track.
If there's anything else I can do for you, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

Hi Ferdinand,
I bought a Blaze fitbit on the 13 March from Currys PC World in Carrickmines, Dublin. The cost was 179.99 euro. In the last week the battery life has gone from 3-4 days to 5 hours. In the last few days I have charged each night and the watch is not lasting to 5 pm. Today the battery was empty by 1pm.
Appreciate if you could assist here. The watch is under warranty. As such will need for a repair or replacement to be arranged.
Thanks,
John
