Hi!
Last week I made several bike trips with my Fitbit Blaze and I found out that the recorded distance is incorrect. One day the distance was correct and I paused my Fitbit during the trip. The other day I paused my Fitbit and the distance was incorrect, I biked 40 km and Fitbit told me 20 km.
Then I thought the cause of the wrong distance was the pause and resume button so the next time I didn't pause and the distance again was wrong completely. I notice that during all my rides although my phone and Fitbit are connected, Fitbit regularly says phone disconnected. Can please someone from Fitbit tell me why it doesn't measure correctly?

If your Blaze is constantly disconnecting from your phone, the recorded information might not be accurate. Please follow the instructions provide in the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?. Also, you can try the tips provide in this post and test your tracker.
Let me know the outcome.
