Blaze black screen and wont stop vibrating

So it started yesterday my Blaze i assume ran out of battery and just started vibrating. I read that other people have had this problem and some times resetting it 3 times worked. Mine wont even hold charge to reset. As soon as i place it in holder it starts vibrating and as soon as i take it off it just runs its self dead within seconds. Its quite fustrating. Does anyone know how to fix??

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart Hopefully after cleaning the contacts it will allow you to.
