Blaze blank screen and won’t restart

Hi, my blaze has a blank screen.  It is fully charged and the green lights are flashing.  I have tried restarting (holding left and bottom right buttons), the Fitbit logo appears but then it goes blank again.

Call the warranty department they should send you a refurbished one in
about 5 days

My screen worked all day but now is blank. Green lights on the back working. I’ve reset it 4 times now. Help!!!!!!

blaze blank cannot get anything on screen, even when battery attached for charging? Less than 1 year old? How were others resolved please?

First, Blaze suddenly showed fitbit logo, then went blank.  I cleaned, put in charger (even though dashboard says charge.d).  Restarted 5 times, first  2 didn't work, 3 and 4 worked for a short while. 5th has worked, however, all I can see is my clock (which is working but it's an hour behind the time), it doesn't swipe and intermittently I will feel a 'buzz' (like the notification to move) look and it is the fitbit logo again.  Clock will come back ....oh just checked and clock is now the right time, still doesn't swipe and logo coming up intermittently

Hi I have a blank screen but fit bit blaze still working this happened while charging. It's tracking movement and lights are flashing but nothing on screen can you help?

 

My screen won't come on but it's still got lights lashing tried holding the buttons down but nothing is happening. It's fully charged and is showing steps on my phone but no screen can you help? Regards Mark

I went to shutdown my Fitbit blaze and my screen wont turn back on when i tried to restart it.

Mines doing the exact same thing and ive restarted it multiple times. Nothings working. It will go to the clock but it wont let me swipe at all and then the screen goes black but the green lights are still on and i cant get the screen to turn back on until ive reset it multiple times and then it does all that stuff again.

Hi I’m also getting a blank screen I’ve only had it from Christmas. It’s a bit of a pain. Cause I can’t track my runs at the moment. I’ve tried the reset .. fit bit logo comes up then the screen goes blank again. That’s s is very frustrating. Any help appreciated. Thanks guys.

If you speak to costumer service they will talk you through a checking procedure to start it up. If this doesn't work and you have a reciept they should replace it. They did this with mine, hope this helps ?

Hello @FerdinandFitbit,

 

I think i am facing a similar issue. The screen is black, then hazy black when it senses motion. The green lights flicker only when pressing any of the buttons. I tried the reset but it doesnt seem like its reading it. Would love to hear any suggestions! Thanks.

Call customers service, if your fitbit still under warranty they will send
you one in about 4 days

Hello. My battery drained all the way down (because I left my charger home for a long weekend) and when I charged it up the screen won’t turn back on. The green heart rate lights are on but no screen activity and my phone can’t locate or sync it.
