Help please, I have tried resetting with the back and select key, I have tried shutting down I even deleted the device from my Fitbit app and then repaired it, but nothing has worked! It is fully charged and it works when in the charger and connected to power but when I remove it from the charger its just a blank screen. It doesn't react to anything buttons being pushed or arm flailing or touching the screen. I only got it yesterday and I'm already frustrated.

Hi, @Lovely_Pillow, if you have tried the restart several times and it still won't work, then I would suggest returning it from where you bought it. If you bought it directly from Fitbit, get in touch with them on contact.fitbit.com
