My Fitbit Blaze had ran out of charge through the night so I got up this morning to put it on charge it had the flashing battery on screen when I plugged it in, it lit up as if charging then vibrated and went dark I left it on charge and carried on with my day when I returned later it still hasn't charged 😞 it's just a blank screen.

Thanks for charging your Blaze. I would like to know if you have tried to restart the device? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Similar situation here. Fully charged yesterday. Wore it to bed. Woke up to blank screen. Blaze is not responsive to ALL troubleshooting

Restart. charged with alternative charger. Used another outlet. nothing is working 😞

I am having the same problem, my screen froze as I was in the middle of setting my morning alarm then it went completely blank,I tried charging it and resetting it but no response. My heart rate light is still flashing green on the back but no response from the main screen 😔
