Blaze broke after seven months

Purchased in October 2019. It has now started shutting down and rebooting randomly or just switching off completely and showing a blue thermometer even though the temperature is normal. The next day it will work again for a short period before going through the same process. It does not respond to being manually rebooted. I have seen similar posts on here about the Blaze and the new Versa 2 and from what I can tell there doesn't seem to be a solution which is disappointing. Seven months of use makes what seemed to be a reasonable expenditure a costly mistake.
