After only owning my Blaze for 20 months, all of the buttons quit working. It still syncs and charges and swipes but you can't get back to the home/clock page once you tap or swipe. I've tried resetting it but to no avail. I even let the battery go dead and it still will not work.
Support chat and support via phone were no help. All they did was offer me a 25% off coupon on another Fitbit product but it could not be used on an upgrade - only a downgraded product. There was no offer to repair.
I am very unhappy with this result. I paid $180 for this product. That is way too much money for something that lasts less than two years. I will not be purchasing another Fitbit product.

I completely agree. I’m having the same problem. Smh
