My screen is not very responsive and I am unable to swipe left/right or use the buttons at all let alone to restart. When I looked up how to reset, it appears my buttons are reversed, one button on right and two on left. The logo is at the bottom so I definitely have it on the right way. Do I have a faulty unit?

@FRALS Is it possible the actual unit itself is in the bracket backwards? I would remove and double check it is in correctly.,

If the blaze is in the frame upside down then true, non of the buttons will work.
