Blaze can not change clock faces since latest update

Since the latest update release (Blaze Firmware Release - 17.8.401.3), I can not change my clock display. Not to the previous clock faces, nor to the new ones.

I love how the new clock faces look but can't play around with them yet 😞

Each time I sync (from Mac or from Android mobile) my fitbit displays the error message that I should return to the fitbit to select a different clock display. This said, when I sync using the clock display I had at the time when I updated the firmware - all works fine. So now I am stuck on the "moment" clock display.

Any takers on this one?

Happened to me. I set the clock I wanted at night. When I came back in the morning it was set. I dont know how long it took. But it did change.  Hopefully some one else has an idea for a better way.

@Wendy it sounds as if you set the clock, and let the all day sync during the next scheduled cycle to update things.

That does sound like something to try @10K_Faye if you have all day sync enabled. Basically set the clock and forget.

@Rich_Laue No Blaze was far away from phone and I do not have all day sync on. It was  sync by my computer.

I tried to force it last time on phone and computer. No go

@Wendy the computer has all day sync on by default, it use to be every 20 minutes, so yes sometime during the night the computer did sync the tracker.

In the past there have been occasional reports that forcing a sync failed, but  the scheduled all day sync was fine. What is the difference I don't have a clue.
