Hi, I have a Blaze and works perfect, sleep, everything. I got my mom a Blaze this Christmas because she was really interested in seeing her sleep and heart pulse due to having a lot of health issue and she wants to see how much or how little she sleeps.
Since day 1 it hasn't track her sleep and either very little time is tracked as sleeping but most of the time it doesn't record her sleeping and we both know she did sleep, maybe like 3 nights since she got the Blaze it has record a full night of sleeping. I've tried to restart it everything you can think of. I even switch her watches and had her wear mine for 3 days and wanted to see if it was something wrong with her watch or if it's her and her pulse being a little higher than probably the average person but nothing that would be concerning. Her normal heart pulse is 74-85 and that's pushing it.
So after 3 days we switched back watches and I looked at her watch to see if it didn't record my sleep and it was perfect and recorded 100% everything worked great and nothing is wrong with her watch. So I looked up my info on my watch to see what my watch recorded, and it didn't record any sleep the same issue as she has with her watch. So I know its her not the watch but I don't know what or why or how to fix it? I think its because the watch can't detect when she falls asleep due to her heart rate running a little higher than maybe most people.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this or change a setting in Fitbit app so the watch can learn to adjust or to just adapt to her body and will record her sleeping. She is supper frustrated that it's not tracking her sleep accurate and this is the main reason she wanted this and it doesn't work. I've ran out of idea on how to fix this or what the real reason is on why the watch cant detect her sleeping when her watch detects mine perfect and my personal Blaze works perfect for me also and has the same issue and can't detect her sleeping.

Hey there @Rodeobab, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. It's weird to hear that the trackers are working properly with you but not with your mom. I would like to know if you have take a look at this post? If you haven't, I recommend checking it, since there you will find some tips to follow in order to obtain a better reading of your sleep (in this case your mom's).
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes.
