Blaze: can't exit exercise screen to control music

Hello,

Once I start a running activity in the exercise menu via connected GPS I cannot exit the exercise window. Thus, I can't get to the music control window. Is there a work around for this? I would like to be able to use GPS to track a run AND be able to control my music via the blaze. Thanks!

During exercise if you hold down the top right button for a couple of seconds the music controls will be shown.
