Just bought a Fitbit Blaze and can't get the heart rate monitor working! There are no detector lights on the sensor. Any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks in advance

Just got off the phone with customer service for same issue. Go to settings, turn hr to off. Hold the left and bottom right buttons on your blaze at the same time until it resets. Go back to settings and turn hr onto auto. Bam, should work now

In the settings on the app. Click the top left picture of the blaze and it will bring you to the settings menu
