Blaze can't pair after forgetting device

Hey, I can't get my Blaze to set up with my phone after I forgot the device. I made my phone forget the device cause I was having a hard time getting it to sync or update. Any ideas?

Try restarting your Blaze using this procedure:

As recommended, please restart your Blaze and try the setup procedure from a computer. Your tracker should connect properly after the restart process.
