Blaze clock face staying on now battery dead and won't charge

Wore Blaze while sleeping tonite and noticed the clock display stayed illuminated and would not turn off. This lasted for 20 mins but because I was sleeping I'm not sure how long the clock was on. I reset the Blaze to see if that would fix the problem. It finally went to inactive black screen but then I noticed the app wouldn't sync to the Blaze because the battery died without any notifications. I've been charging the Blaze for over an hour but it's not recharging. The little battery display shows 1 red bar. Any suggestions. Thank you

I would just contact customer service ASAP, it sounds like a real malfunction.
