My Fitbit Blaze went dead a week ago and comes on only when on cradle and charging. The battery indicator does not go above one red bar during charging. The device goes off when out of the cradle. A battery with one red bar displays if any of the buttons is pressed. I have the device for 6 months now. I have had other issues with the device before but it usually come back to life on its on, not this time.
Help!

Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community @O.J.
I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your Blaze. Have you checked if your tracker is properly charging? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't my battery charging? and follow the instructions there. You can also try the restart process.
Let me know the outcome.

I just opened my new fitbit blaze this morning and I am experiencing the same problem. I will only work when in the cradel. Once I remove it, it turns off automatically and cant seem to turn it back on again. The restart process doesnt work at all.
Its definetively deffective, how can I start the replacement process?
Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I cannot restart the device because it only comes on when on its cradle and charging. The charging indicator keeps blinking but does not go above one red bar.
Any other proposition please????
