Hello,

I am big FitBiter for years now and I find it oddly disappointing that FitBit isnt compatible with One Plus phones post version one. :S This is a bit unexpected. Are there any plans in the near future to test one plus phones' compatibility with FitBit devices ?

One Plus has a huge audience and I guess its wise to have these devices tested and compatible asap.

This phone is only 2 months old. It takes a while for phones to get certified and the ones selling the most tend to come first. Also it uses the OxygenOS, not standard Android. This is likely the reason they are not supported. Updates to the Fitbit app for Android may not fully work with OnePlus phones and updates to function with the OnePlus phones may cause problems with normal Android devices.
