Blaze compatibility with Vivo V7+ phone

Really I am feeling sad for buying fitbit blaze

I am using fitbit blaze app on vivo v7+

First  three or four days there was no problem with the synching and notifications etc.

But later the problems started.

I have switched on All day synch even then it won't synch. If I do manual synch it takes lot of time to synch or many times it won't synch

I won't get call notifications at all. It says notification service not running restart the phone. Even after restarting the phone it won't show call or other selected notifications.

The battery life is pathetic. Hardly it come for a day.

Very limited clock displays in which two are attractive.

Hi there @visitnag! Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Blaze not syncing or getting notifications from your Vivo V7+ phone.

I think that the reason why you're having a hard time getting your Blaze to sync and to receive notifications from your Vivo V7+ phone is that these two are not compatible. I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices and it doesn't show there.

When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.

For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.

Be sure that your phone is running on Android 4.4 (KitKat) for it to be able to sync, however, as said before, if it's not on the list, it's not guaranteed to sync.

If you have any other question, let me know.

Ps. I've moved your post to the Android board for categorization purposes.

Thank you for your reply.

My question is how far is it possible to use a phone having kitkat version in present days?

Apart from syncing problem, I didn't find accuracy the way fitbit is counting the steps.

my stride length is around 70cm. When I have walked for one KM fitbit showing that around 1000 steps.

Recording of sleeping pat tern is also not correct. If I wake up in between its splitting the sleep pattern
