I'm having trouble with my Fitbit, three days last week it came up saying clock error, then it went to a black screen with the green diamond shape thing with the dots in ... and then it started vibrating every couple of seconds .. it did that the following day and then I had a phone call on the third day and as soon as that call ended on the Fitbit it done it again. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't remember seeing any other posts with those issues.
Hopefully it's just a software glitch, in which case a restart using the following procedure may sort it out:

Give this a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.
If the problem persists then it may unfortunately be a hardware issue. For these types of problems it's usually best to contact customer support via:
If they can't resolve it and you are still within warranty then they normally offer to replace it.

Thankyou, I do still have warranty as I only had it in June but I had it for my birthday and my mam can't find the receipt as she baught it in Argos.
