Blaze contact points had spring come out

My blaze has been having a hard time charging, even with different chargers. Upon looking at the contacts, the gold color is gone and a small spring popped out of the contact revealing a hole. What can be done?

Let me help you with your Blaze charging contacts. Not sure how this may happen. Is it still possible to charge it or there is definitely not way the device can charge? Could you share a picture of this. Still I have created a ticket so Support can assist you with this. You will get an email from them.

I had a very hard time charging it last night. That will probably end up being it's last charge. I don't know if the photo has come through.

@Mrsnicoleacosta thank you for your reply. Still the picture isn't visible but I would like to know if you still can clean the contacts following these instructions? If this can't be done then please wait for the Support team email.

I have done this. There is a hole in two of the contacts. Plating is gone.
