I noticed today after I put my blaze on in less the a hour my tracker said I went up 5 floors and I did nothing. Same thing happened yesterday only it said I went up 14 floors. I thought this was odd so I looked up how to rest the blaze and I did. I fallowed all the steps holding the buttons and turning off my app and resting that up. Is there something I'm missing or do I need a different fitbit?

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze seems to be recording your floors and steps inaccurately. Thanks for trying to restart your tracker!
Now, by restarting it, it will most likely not fix the data that's already on your dashboad bur should help with recording your activity from that point. Have you checked and see if there has been any improvement since you restarted your tracker?
