Blaze crapped out now that warranty expired

2nd (and LAST) fitbit product. Spend a bit more on something that lasts. Blaze no longer holds a charge and when you get someone on the phone, they try to sell you something else. Don't waste your money.

Hello @Parker1, thank you for sharing all this information about the Blaze that is not holding a charge. I noticed that I've replied in this other thread of the Community and that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team about this. 

 

I'm sorry to see you experienced this difficulty with the battery, the Support team is always eager to help and find a prompt resolution, but they do need to adhere to official warranty policy
