My blaze crashed sometime while I was walking this evening. It's back to the beginning screen & iPhone looking for it to sync. Have restarted pho & Fitbit app, but hasn't helped

I would say then you need to contact Fitbit, when you sync the tracker there should be no change to the display on the Blaze. In fact there should be nothing on the Blaze that will show a symc has been taken place.

I think you're right. I hate it, tho. I just got the Blaze on the 7/6 as my birthday present & loved it. Hope I don't have to send it back. I've had the One & Surge HR & loved them both without any probs. Thanks again

Yes I have tried the left & right bottom button restart. By beginning screen I mean the green/pink screen that comes up when it first syncs.

I got it taken care of. I restarted my iPhone numerous times, deleted and reinstalled the FitBit app, then decided to try deleting the Blaze from my FitBit acct & seeing if I could reinstall it from the beginning like I did when I first got it. It worked! Not right away, tho. I did this at night & went to bed discouraged thinking it didn't work, but when I woke up, we were back in business!

Well, it crashed again sometime Wednesday night. It was working fine when I went to bed, pink & green stripes again when I woke up. I gave up & returned it to Amazon for an exchange on another Blaze. I loved it when it worked, but after set up problems & 2 crashes, I was done. Hopefully it was just a fluke. If not, I'll go back to my Surge HR....

I would try a 2 button restart plus doing a shutdown from the settings menu.. If this happens again please reach out to customer support, they can look at the back end of your ttacker. CD link found in the top right under the setting gear or under help in the app
