Blaze cycling distance correct on Results but wrong on app

I have done 3 rides the same distance of 20km, using the excercise bike option. Results on Fitbit watch always correct, however on phone app distance was correct on first ride, but on second was only 2km, & on 3rd ride only 5km. Same ride! Distance on Strava always ok, so gps sync on phone must be working. What's going on?

Hello @Aejohns65 welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂  I would appreciate if you can post a screenshot of your phone app showing the discrepancy so I can further investigate.
