Blaze did not reset last night. (Jan 4-5)

My Blaze didn't reset last night (night of Jan 4-5) while it was charging, and I started the morning with 21,000 steps. This happened at least twice a week with my 6-month-old Charge 2, and I seemed to be the only one having the problem so often. So you can imagine how I might be frustrated that my brand-new Blaze is having the exact same problem.

It's great to see you around @MountainK.

I would like to know if you keep experiencing this issue? If you are, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Also, make sure you are not turning off your Blaze at nights in order to avoid this.

I've shut it down every time it happened. It seems to happen most on nights when I charge it. Today it started off with 35,000 steps, which is the same amount I ended with last time it happened.

No one else is having this problem, at least not with the Blaze. Could there be a problem with my account that carries over to all my watches?

I have this problem as well.  Last night was the first night it happened.  Restarting my Blaze did not work.  Is there a fix for this yet?

Im having the same issue. I usually turn my Blaze off at night to save the battery, in the morning I do a sync with my phone and the Blaze sets up for the new day. Today when I sync it carried over 16K steps and other data but set the date and time correctly. I have tried 2 forced restarts and a shut down, but get the same result. Also tried additional syncs.

Mine only did it the one time. I have since stopped turning it off at night and I have not had any more problems. So far so good

This happens occaisionly when the a turned off during the day change, to prevent this leave the tracker turned on. If the heart rate is set to auto the tracker used almost no power.
