Blaze didn't record my steps

The Tracker didn't record my steps on the Tracker on Monday 10-152018, but it was read on the watch. I would like it to be added to my weeks total steps, because I compete with friends.

A warm welcome to the Community @marybrowning.

Are you verifying that your tracker is syncing properly with your phone? If is hasn't synced, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Alejandra, I too am having issues with my Blaze not counting all of my steps.  Just tonight my wife and I walked 3 miles on a track and my Blaze only counted 1.76 miles.  I have tried to shorten my stride length to try to trick the Blaze but do not feel this is the correct thing to do.

The tracker should be more than 50-60% accurate.
