I have a Blaze and it’s been working fine, just gone abroad for a work trip for 4 days and it hasn’t tracked a single nights sleep whilst I’ve been away. Watch and phone both with me all the time. Any suggestions?

Are you verifying that your tracker is properly syncing? If it isn't, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Keep in mind that you can always manually enter your sleep information.
Let me know the outcome.

It' s not syncing my sleep and heartbeats, but syncing my walk. Usually my blaze blinks on the back of it for one week? That fell on floor when try to recharge.
