Blaze didn't reset at midnight

Good morning,

 

My Blaze didn't reset at midnight. It is still showing yesterday's data and adding to it. I have done the turn off/on but no change. Anyone else having this issue? How can I fix it?

A warm welcome to the Community @Charlotte_D, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Are you turning off the tracker at the moment of going to bed? If you are doing this, I recommend not turning off your Blaze at night to avoid this.

 

Also, have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, restart it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
