Blaze died and now won't turn on

My Blaze died yesterday and I put it on the charger when I got home. The screen didn't show the charging icon when I plugged it in, and after letting it charge all night, it won't even turn on. My app says the battery is dead, and I checked to make sure that the charger was connected properly. What could the problem be??

Hi @Meg.518  that's what happened to me when my Blaze died. All I can suggest is that you keep trying to charge and restart it, but it does seem like it's dead. You can double check that all connectors are cleaned, but it sounds exactly what mine did.
