Is it still under warranty?  If so you are entitling to a replacement item.  Fitbit will try to sell you another at a 25% discount ut it's your right if it's still under warranty

The Blaze has been discontinued so not sure if Fitbit has any available. Amazon has them.

Thanks for all the reply. I got more answers here than I did on my previous fitbit.

I enjoyed the challenged with group of friends on a weekly basis. This is my 4th fitbit, the other 2 still was still under warranty, but they waited a few months to help me fix it until it was out of warranty. Not even sure if the one I have now is still a warranty. I will not go through the same hassle. It’s time to say GOODBYE, FITBIT!!!

Yes, I'm on my 3rd Fitbit after having 2 x Surges that failed within the original 24 month U.K. warranty period

The first Surge literally fell apart. The second Surge's battery failed inside a year and this Blaze became erratic just after a year, then would only hold about 7 hours of charge a few months later.

Google have got their work cut out rebuilding the brand because the product and customer service has killed it for existing customers.

Fitbits have a 2 year warranty as standard in the U.K.

You are are entitled to a free of charge replacement.  They will try to sell you another at a discount of 25% though.  They tried that with me even though mine was still within warranty.

The duff model was no longer available in my size or colour but that didn't stop them trying to replace it in bright orange in a size that was too small😮  I eventually got a free of charge replacent which failed within a year.  The current replacement's battery is currently having the same problems as yours after just 15 months.
